Dave and I drove down to North Carolina on Thursday, March 28th and came home with Carter on Friday, March 29th. The ride home was SMOOTH ~ he slept on my lap for the whole 9 hour trip!
Carter's first night was very peaceful. He cried for about 30 seconds, then slept through the night till 6AM.
And when he's not eating, he tries to tell us that he's still hungry!
And when that doesn't work, he DREAMS about eating....
But most of the time he's just hanging out chewing everything BUT the toys we buy for him, although he's starting to get the idea that the only thing he can chew in peace is the colorful stuff on the floor.
He already knows the commands "sit", "stay", "paw", "down", and he's learning "drop it" - he hears it all the time!
It took 10 minutes to take this picture! He LOVES tulips!
Cousin Georgie was intrigued by Carter - can't say the same for Carter, though. He was a little hesitant at first, but warmed up to her at the end.
